According to Al-Misryoon website, members of Egyptian Quran Reciters Union, Qaris of TV and radio channels of the country and imams of mosques and Muezzins of the ministry will take the exam.
The participants should not be under 28 years of age or older than 60.
The ministry has also announced that, except the visually impaired, those willing to take the examination should be in good physical health.
The categories of the exam include memorization of the Holy Quran, Tarteel recitation and an interview.
Registration for the examination began on February 16 and will continue for 15 days.
The website of the ministry will announce the date and place of the examination.
