Female Quran Teacher Training Center to Open in Saudi Arabia

TEHRAN (IQNA) - The Charity Association of Quran Memorization in Al-Jubail city of Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province plans to open the first Quran teacher training center for women of the region on March 18.

According to Al-Riyadh newspaper, the Quranic center will be opened in  a ceremony with the participation of Sa’ud bin Nayef bin Abdul ‘Aziz, governor of the province.

Abdullah bin Farih Al-Bahlal, head of the Official Council of the association thanked the governor for supporting the plan and programs of the Quranic association.

He said that the supports have resulted in positive achievements and significant success in memorization of the Holy Quran in the region.

Having participated at different schools and educational centers affiliated to the association, many girls and boys of the province succeeded to memorize the entire Quran, he added.
