Mosalla to Host Tehran Int’l Quran Exhibition Again
TEHRAN (IQNA) – The Imam Khomeini (RA) Mosalla (prayer ground) will host this year’s Tehran International Holy Quran Exhibition.
According to the Quran and Etrat Deputy of Iran’s Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, it has been decided that the exhibition be held in the Mosalla again after a few years.
Earlier, Hojat-ol-Islam Mohammad Reza Heshmati, the Quran and Etrat eeputy, had told IQNA that three options, including the Mosalla, were being considered as the venue of the expo this year.
While the exhibition used to be held in the Mosalla until 2013, it moved to Tehran’s Holy Defense Garden-Museum in 2014.
The Quranic program is annually organized by the culture ministry during the holy month of Ramadan.
It is aimed at promoting Quranic concepts and developing Quranic activities.
The 24th edition of the exhibition will be held in the Mosalla next month.
