TEHRAN (IQNA) – The Quranic Affairs Department in Kuwait announced that the country's “Iqra” Summer Club plans to hold Quranic courses for 3000 students.

According to Qaaf news agency, the department, which is affiliated to the country’s Ministry of Awqaf (endowments) and Islamic Affairs, said the club is getting ready to host Quran students during the summer holidays.

Ahmad Al-Taweel, director of the office for students Quranic affairs, said that the courses will be organized for different age groups in various parts of the country.

Promoting the Quranic skills of the participants and disseminating moderation and Islamic moralities in the society are the main objective of the courses.

"Cool Your Summer with Quranic Breeze” is the motto of the club for its cultural, educational and Quranic activities this year.
