
Naeema Wahabi Sultan, who cannot read or write, has just finished memorizing the Holy Book in ints entirety, al-Raya website reported.
Born in 1931, she lives in al-Kahlil (Hebron) and has no children.
Naeema was encouraged to memorize the Holy Quran seeing how enthusiastically young girls take Quran memorization courses.
She says strong will and self-confidence as well as faith in God helped her achieve the goal of memorizing the Quran.
The Quran, the holy book of Islam, has 30 Juzes (parts), 114 Surahs (chapters) and6,236 verses.
