Hajj, Pilgrimage Diplomacy Int’l Conference Slated for Wednesday
The Hajj and Pilgrimage Research Center will organize the event on Wednesday in cooperation with 12 related organizations.
Hojat-ol-Islam Seyed Abdol Fattah Navab, the representative of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs, will address the international event.
Some 45 papers in Persian, Arabic, English and Urdu have been submitted to the secretariat of the conference, 18 of which will be presented and also published in a book.
Scholars and thinkers from Iran and a number of other countries will deliver speeches at the event.
Conceptualization of Hajj and pilgrimage diplomacy, role of Hajj and pilgrimage diplomacy in development of regional economy, and its role in resolution of regional and international conflicts are among the themes of the conference.
