Al-Kadhimi Turned into Executor of Occupiers’ Projects: Nujaba
The head of the Political Council of the al-Nujaba Islamic Resistance Movement, referred to what American media outlets were reporting about the messages of the trip to West Asia and the presence of Lloyd Austin, the United States’ Secretary of Defense, at the Manama Dialogue, tweeting, “It seems that the American administration is determined not to leave Iraq.”
Shaykh al-Asadi continued, “The C-RAM anti-aircraft system and the large amount of equipment and forces at American bases demonstrate that the occupiers and their media outlets are providing false information about their combat and non-combat forces.”
In response to the occupiers’ claim that their presence on Iraqi soil was legal, he also referred to the request of the interim administration of Mustafa al-Kadhimi, “This administration came to power to complete the investigation into the assassination of the martyred commanders, to demand that the occupiers be tried in international courts, and to improve the economic and political situation until the elections, but they failed to do so and became the executor of the occupiers’ and compromisers’ projects; a neglect that will not be repeated.”
Regarding the United States’ insistence on a plan to maintain its forces in Iraq, the head of the Political Council of al-Nujaba stated, “We advise them to change their plan to an engineering plan for the graves of soldiers whose bodies are sent to American airports. This is if they insist on continuing the occupation; Even with another name and a new cover under the name of non-combat forces!”
