Abdul Kareem Shibli made the remark while addressing a forum on Comprehensive in the Seerah of Holy Prophet (PBUH), which was held Monday night at the 29th Tehran International Holy Quran Exhibition.

He said the last messenger of God is a great personality whose greatness is recognized by all Muslims and orientalists.

The scholar underlined the need to follow the Seerah of the Holy Prophet (PBUH).

He added that the Seerah and characteristics of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) should be taught all over the world.

He also warned that the domineering system in the world and the world arrogance are trying to tarnish the image of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and distort facts about his Seerah.

It is a plot that the world arrogance is hatching with the use of all possible means, Shibli stated.

Another speaker was the University of Tehran professor Abolfazl Khoshmanesh, who said that according to the Holy Quran, the Prophet (PBUH) is a mercy for all the world.

He said the Prophet is the manifestation of the divine attributes of Rahman and Rahim, stressing the necessity to follow his character as a role model.

Other scholars who delivered speeches at the forum virtually or in-person were Algerian Quran scholar and thinker Nureddin Abu Lahya, and Iranian university professors Mahnaz E’tezadi and Ali Reza Shomali.
