London to Host Islamic Unity Forum
Titled “Toward Wise Human Life”, the two-day event will be attended by Muslims scholars, thinkers and researchers from, different countries.
Secretary General of the World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought (WFPIST) Hojat-ol-Islam Hamid Shahriari, member of Iran’s Assembly of Experts Ayatollah Mohsen Araki, Chairman of the Assembly of Lebanese Muslim Scholars Sheikh Ghazi Hanina, President of Union of Resistance Scholars Sheikh Maher Hammoud and Head of Russia’s Council of Muftis Nafiqollah Ashirov will be among participants at the forum.
Concept of religion and religious practice and their role, importance of Islam for humanity’s life, onslaughts on Islam, humanity in Islam and its rules, and Palestine, Al-Quds and crime of normalization of ties (with the Israeli regime) will among the topics of discussion at the forum.
Slated for Friday and Saturday, June 24-25, from 3:30 to 9 PM local time, it will be broadcast live here and here, according to the website of the WFPIST.
