The series began on Tuesday with a speech by Quran expert Ali al-Saffar, Al-Kafeel news website reported.
He talked about issues related to the Kitaba (inscription) of the Quran.
Mushtaq al-Ali, an official with the center, said the forums are aimed at enhancing the Quranic knowledge of the staff of the Astan.
The series will be held at the center every Tuesday, with every session discussing a specific Quranic topic.
This is the fifth series of Quranic and religious forums organized by the Quran Printing Center.
Quranic activities have significantly developed in Iraq since the 2003 overthrow of former dictator Saddam Hussein.
There has been a growing trend of Quranic programs such as competitions, recitation sessions and educational programs held in the country in recent years.
