IQNA – Leader of Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei highlighted the role of Muslim unity in countering the common enemy of Muslim nations, an Iranian expert said.

Hossein Kan’ani Moqaddam, an expert on regional affairs, made the statements in reaction to Ayatollah Khamenei’s sermons at Friday prayers in Tehran.

“An important topic in the Leader's speech was the explanation of the logic behind Quranic politics as he stated that if all Muslims want to adhere to guardianship (Wilayah), they must embody solidarity, unity, cooperation, and allegiance in Quranic politics and also consider standing firm against the enemy,” he told IQNA.

The Leader highlighted that the enemy follows the policy of "divide and rule," and unity is essential to counter this satanic policy, added the expert.

Tens of thousands of people attended the prayers that were held at Tehran’s Grand Mosalla.

“The statements of the Islamic Revolution Leader were a lesson in understanding the enemy,” added Kan’ani Moqaddam.

“He emphasized that the Zionist regime is a clear example of absolute evil for all Muslims worldwide, and it is a common enemy.”

Ayatollah Khamenei, the expert maintained, noted that the Israeli regime is a corrupt entity that brings nothing but corruption, bloodshed, and crimes to the region and the Islamic world.

The roots of this regime have weakened to the point where, with God's help and the unity of Muslims, it can be uprooted, added the expert.

“Moreover, he assured that there will be no hesitation in confronting the enemy, and if there is any delay in actions, it is because these actions are taken based on wisdom and prudence,” noted Kan’ani Moqaddam.

This approach was fully observed in Operation "True Promise 2," and through it, the enemy was hit a severe blow, bringing joy to the entire resistance front, he added.

He was referring to the missile operation that Iranian armed forces carried out on Tuesday. Some 200 missile were launched toward three Israeli military sites across the occupied territories with Iranian commanders putting the success rate of hits at 90%.

The operation was a response to the Israeli assassination of Hamas chief Ismail Haniyeh, Hezbollah leader Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, and IRGC commander Abbas Nilforoushan.

“The resistance front is now at a point of no return, and issues like peace, compromise, and negotiations are off the table,” the expert said, adding, “On the other hand, this front has reached a point of liberation and is ready to unite and take action against the Zionist regime.”
