Hezbollah said in a statement that he was an outstanding fighter who was steadfast on the path pf resistance.
He was martyred after years of nobly striving in the media spheres on the path of resistance, Hezbollah said.
The statement underlined continuing the path of martyrs and vowed that their memory will never will forgotten.
Hezbollah also vowed that the Zionist regime will pay dearly for its crimes.
The Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian resistance movement Hamas, also expressed condolences on the martyrdom of Afif, highlighting his role as a voice of resistance.
Afif was a longtime media adviser to former Hezbollah secretary general Sayed Hassan Nasrallah, who was killed in an Israeli air attack on September 27.
