A team of servants from the “Rezvan Mirror” section cleaned and polished different parts of the sacred mausoleum, a deputy of the Astan (custodianship) of the holy shrine said.
In this spiritual ceremony, various parts of the sacred shrine were polished, and the Rawaqs (roofed spaces attached to the holy shrine) were prepared to welcome the millions of pilgrims during the Karamat Week, Amin Behnam said.
Additionally, the staff of the Rezvan Mirror section cleaned and polished the silver lattice of the Hazrat Masoumeh (SA) Rawaq, accompanied by devotional chants and recitations, he stated.
The operation was carried out to honor the status of Imam Reza (AS) and to preserve the visual and spiritual beauty of the holy shrine and it brought a special atmosphere to the radiant sanctuary of the shrine, he went on to say.
