Ayatollah Khamenei’s Martyrdom Bolsters Muslims’ Resolve on Path of Jihad: Sheikh Qassim

IQNA – Bahrain’s top Shia cleric Sheikh Isa Qassim said the martyrdom of Leader of Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei will strengthen the resolve of the Muslim Ummah to continue the path of Jihad and resistance.

In a message, Sheikh Qassim described Imam Khamenei as a brave leader and a strong fortress against the arrogant powers.

While the tragic loss of Imam Khamenei saddened the hearts of believers, it will strengthen the resolve of the Muslim Ummah to continue the path of Jihad and resistance, he stated.

Sheikh Qassim urged the believers to boost their resistance against the enemies of God on earth.

 Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei was martyred in a US-Israeli attack on his office in Tehran on Saturday morning.

In a statement early on Sunday, the Iranian Cabinet of Ministers offered condolences to Imam Zaman (may God hasten his glad advent), the noble Iranian nation and the Muslim Ummah over the great loss and declared 40 days of national mourning.

In response to the US-Israeli aggression, which has led to the martyrdom of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, a number of senior military commanders and hundreds of civilians, Iran has launched Operation True Promise 4, carrying out massive missile and drone attacks on Israeli targets and US bases in the region.
