Bahrainis Hold Rallies Urging Revenge for Assassination of Islamic Revolution Leader

People staged rallies in different parts of Bahrain on March 2, 2026, voicing support for Iran and calling for revenge for the assassination of Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei.

 

Thousands of Bahraini youths took part in the demonstrations Monday night, according to social media.

They condemned the Al Khalifa regime’s cooperation with the US government in attacks on Iran.

According to reports, severe clashes broke out between protesters and Bahraini security forces and several Bahraini youths were taken into custody.

Supporters of resistance in Bahrain say they will continue their protest rallies until the fall of the Al Khalifa regime.

Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei was martyred in a US-Israeli attack on his office in Tehran on Saturday morning.

In a statement early on Sunday, the Iranian Cabinet of Ministers offered condolences to Imam Zaman (may God hasten his glad advent), the noble Iranian nation and the Muslim Ummah over the great loss and declared 40 days of national mourning.
