A delegation of the sheikhs (chiefs) of the Khikan tribe met with Hadi al-Amiri, head of the Badr Organization, following an incident that took place on Friday.

Al-Amiri emphasized in this meeting that the tribes of Dhi Qar have always had honorable positions in supporting the path of jihad and defending the country, and the recent incident has nothing to do with them, but rather was an individual and childish behavior aimed at harming a large gathering of tribes.

Al-Amiri emphasized that the relationship with the tribes of Dhi Qar is strong and will never be affected.

“We will be with you as always and no one can create a separation between us, and support for Iran will also continue because it is our honor and dignity.”

The delegation of sheikhs of the Khikan tribe also emphasized that what happened was an individual behavior and had nothing to do with the tribes.

The delegation also praised Al-Amiri's position as a sheikh of the Mujahideen and one of the prominent figures of jihad in Iraq.
