
According to the Hajj and Pilgrimage Information Center; with the continuous follow-up of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization’s representative office in Saudi Arabia, 29,326 Hajj visas have been issued to Iranian pilgrims so far.
The process of obtaining the remaining visas is being carried out in earnest, while the caravans continue to be dispatched, and in this regard, the cooperation and support of officials from the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, including Abdul Fattah Mushat, Deputy Minister of Hajj and Umrah, and Al-Hassan Manakhara, Deputy Minister of International Affairs, have played an effective role in expediting the issuance of visas, the report said.
So far, about 40 percent of Iranian pilgrims have entered the land of revelation and the process of dispatching continues regularly.
This year, more than 30,000 Iranian pilgrims will perform Hajj, according to officials.
