The Charitable Society for Teaching the Holy Quran in collaboration with the Supreme Committee for Activities and Summer Courses held Thursday the closing ceremony of the competition for memorizing reciting and mastering the Holy Quran.

At the ceremony, the Deputy Head of the Quran Academy for female students Hanan Al Azzi praised the level of interaction and turnout for the competition and the efforts made to ensure the success of Quranic activities during the summer courses.

She affirmed that attention to the Holy Quran represents a fundamental pillar in building a generation that is conscious and fortified with Quranic culture.

Al Azzi pointed out that the competition aimed to encourage female students to memorize master and improve recitation and to highlight distinguished models among memorizers contributing to fostering a spirit of positive competition and instilling love of the Holy Quran in society.

The ceremony included various performances and an expressive anthem presented by young girls embodying the meanings of connection to the Holy Quran and adding a moving spiritual atmosphere to the event reflecting the skills the participants gained in memorization Tajweed and recitation.

At the conclusion the top memorizers in the competition for memorizing reciting and mastering the Holy Quran across the Capital Secretariat were honored in recognition of their excellence and encouragement to continue their Quranic journey.
