IQNA – The Astan (custodianship) of the holy shrine of Imam Hussein (AS) announced the implementation of a project for constructing the concrete structure of the Imam Hassan Mujtaba (AS) courtyard.

It will be implemented under the name “From Arbaeen to Arbaeen” and will be launched at the beginning of the lunar Hijri month of Rabi’ al-Awwal 1448 AH (August 14).

 Hossein Reza Mahdi, head of the Astan’s Development Department, said activities in the courtyards of Hazrat Zaynab (SA) and Imam Hassan Mujtaba (AS) are still ongoing and have reached a significant percentage of progress.

For the remaining part of the project, a proposal was made to the custodian of the shrine, Sheikh Abdul Mahdi Karbala’i, to completely construct the courtyard of Imam Hassan Mujtaba (AS) with an area of ​​over 90,000 square meters within one year, and his approval for this plan has been obtained, he noted.

After the end of the upcoming Eid al-Ghadir, a meeting will be held to review the details of the project to formulate the ‘From Arbaeen to Arbaeen’ project, he stated.
