Number of Martyrs, Injured in Israeli Attacks on Lebanon Exceeds 13,300

IQNA – More than 3,300 people have been martyred and over 10,0oo others have been injured in Israeli aggression on Lebanon since early March, the Arab country’s health ministry announced.

It said that since March 2, 3,324 people have been martyred in Israeli attacks on Lebanon, An-Nushra reported.

The ministry added that 10,027 others were also injured during this period.

The ministry also said that the number of martyrs in the health sector (emergency team and medical and nursing staff) since March 2 has reached 126 and the number of those injured has reached 310.

It put the number of hospitals damaged in Israeli strikes since March 2 at 16 and said that 3 hospitals were forced to close following aggressions and threats.

The Israeli regime’s attacks on Lebanon continue despite a US-mediated ceasefire that is supposed to remain in effect until early July.

According to reports, 1.6 million people have been displaced in the latest Israeli assaults in Lebanon that started on March 2.
