
Protesters held a rally in the Capidoglio Square on Thursday, criticizing the Rome city hall for continuing ties with the Israeli regime despite Tel Aviv’s genocidal war in Gaza.
The protesters called on the local authorities in Rome to suspend all cooperation agreements with the Zionist regime.
The demonstration was held as the city council meeting was underway, and the protesters tried to draw the council’s attention to their demands.
They held up Palestinian flags and chanted slogans in support of Palestine.
The protesters also condemned the Zionist regime's continued attacks on Lebanon.
