Iranian Quran Expert to Hold Scientific Seminars in Indonesia

On the sidelines of ceremonies on the occasion of birth anniversary of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), some scientific seminars will be held by Iranian Quran expert in Indonesia.


According to IQNA’s branch in East Asia, the special programs will be organized in various cities of Indonesia by Iranian Cultural Center in this country.



Ebrahimian, Iranian cultural attaché in Indonesia said that Hojat-ol-Islam Shahrakhti, the Iranian Quran activist, will take presence at the universities and Shia and Sunni Seminaries of the country and will hold Quran recitation sessions, educational workshops on Sowt and Lahn and present speeches at mosques and schools in different cities of Indonesia.



“Development of Quranic sciences in today’s Iran” and “methods of contemplating the Quran” are the topics of scientific papers to be presented by the expert respectively at Jakarta University of Quranic Sciences and Sadra Islamic College.



The Iranian scholar will also recite the Holy Quran’s verses and present a speech at Esteqlal Mosque of the country.



Ebrahimian added that some 30 programs have been planned to be held with the participation of the Quran expert from the 10th of Rabee’-ol-Awwal month until the end of the month in Indonesia.
