Quranic Books and Artworks on Display in Bangladesh

The Iranian Cultural Center in Bangladesh has opened an exhibition of religious and Quranic books and artworks in Dhaka.




According to IQNA’s branch in South Asia, the Islamic Center of Bangladesh has also collaborated to organize the exhibition, hosted by Beit-ol-Mukarram Mosque in the capital city.



It was opened in a ceremony with the participation of Mawlana Muti’-ol-Rahman, Minister of Islamic Teachings of Bangladesh, head of the country’s Islamic center and a number of religious figures.



The minister read a message by the Prime Minister of Bangladesh to the ceremony on the occasion of the birth anniversary of the Holy Prophet (PBUH).



During the ceremony the Iranian center gifted 50 collections of Quranic stories translated into Bengali language to the Islamic Center of Bangladesh.



The exhibition will be open for 15 days.



The birthday anniversary of the Holy Prophet of Islam (PBUH) is an official holiday in Bangladesh and celebrated by Muslims all over the country.
