“Role of Persian Literature in Islamic Teachings” Seminar Planned in Indonesia

A seminar on “the role of Persian literature in Islamic teachings” will be held on March 4 by the Iranian Cultural Center in Jakarta, Indonesia.

 According to IQNA’s branch in East Asia, the program will be addressed by Mahmoud Farazande, Iranian ambassador to Indonesia, Hojatullah Ebrahimian, Iranian cultural attaché in Jakarta, Aflatun Mokhtar, head of Raden Fatah University and Bastian, lecturer of Persian language and literature at the University of Indonesia.

On the sidelines of the seminar,  a chamber of Iran will be opened at the university.
The Iranian cultural official said in this respect that the chamber will officially start its activities on March 4.
The Iranian Cultural Center in Indonesia has opened chambers of Iran at 11 universities in this country and the new chamber will be the 12th.
Raden Fatah University in Palembang, the capital city of the South Sumatra Province in Indonesia, has about 12000 students in different levels.
