The 2 day seminar will be held on Saturday March 15 and Sunday March 16 from 4:45 PM – 7 PM.
The Holy Quran instructs Muslims to work towards self improvement and a more ethical society.
“The noblest of you in the sight of Allah is the best of you in conduct.” (Surat Al-Hujuraat The Rooms 49:13)
This seminar will discuss a number of topics related to how one can work towards a more ethical society. Where do we stand in relation to our duty towards our community from an ethical standpoint? Are we part of the solution? Do we as community members live up to the Quranic injunctions in maintaining an upright moral society. How should we treat others? What kind of social structures should we aim for? Do we give benefit of the doubt to others and keep them safe from the sins of our tongue?
The seminar is led by Hujjat al-Islam Sh. Hamza Sodagar.
