Deadline Extended for Submitting Papers to Int’l Quranic Conference

The deadline for submitting papers to the 8th International Conference of Quranic Researches has been extended to April 19.

Head of the Quranic Affairs Center of the Awqaf and Charity Affairs Organization Vali Yarahmadi made the announcement, adding that the conference will be held concurrent with the 31st International Quran Competition of the Islamic Republic of Iran, ISNA reported.
He said the conference will discuss 7 main themes related to the Holy Quran and Islamic civilization.
Some of the topics of the 8th International Conference of Quranic Researches include: “Nature of Islamic Civilization and its difference with culture and system”,  “Foundations of Islamic civilization from the perspective of the Holy Quran”, “Objectives of Islamic civilization from the perspective of the Holy Quran”, and “Role and position of the Holy Quran in the formation of the civilization in early days of Islam”.
