Quran Recitation Collection Released in Iraq

A specialized Quran recitation collection titled “Rabi’-ul-Qulub”, has been released in the holy city of Najaf.

 According to the website of Imam Ali’s (AS) holy shrine, the collection has been produced by the Quranic library of Dar-ol-Quran affiliated to the Religious Affairs Section of the holy shrine.

Morteza AL-Khafaji, head of the Software Section of the library, said that besides Quran recitation by 15 internationally-known Iraqi Qaris, the software contains Tarteel recitation of the entire Quran by Sheikh Mohammad Seddiq Minshawi, eminent Egyptian Qari.
Tawasheeh and Ibtihal, Quranic Maqamat, the most important Quranic books on the principles of Quran recitation and memorization, Quranic sciences and interpretation and the most typical publications of the electronic library of Alavi holy shrine are some other programs of the software, he added.
Heidar Rahim, in charge of the publications of the holy shrine, said that the Dar-ol-Quran has published various Quranic software products to promote the culture of Quran in the society and the publications have been well received by Iraqi people so far.
He added that the specialized library of the Dar-ol-Quran has also produced software featuring Tarteel recitation of Quran and Mushaf Mujawwad (Quran with Tajweed) recited by the most eminent Qaris of the Muslim world from Iraq, Iran and Egypt.
The products of the library also include collections of different Quran recitation sessions organized at the holy shrine of Imam Ali (AS).
