۱۵ Countries to Participate at Sibt-un-Nabi Int’l Congress
Speaking at a press conference on June 9, Hojat-ol-Islam Najaf Lakzayi, said that the international program will be held on June 22 and 23 in Tehran.
The press conference was held on the sidelines of a meeting of the international event’s organizers with Grand Ayatollah Alawi Gorgani.
He added that 120 papers have been sent to the secretariat of the congress from Iran and other countries, and 70 ones have been selected by the scientific committee of the program.
The top papers will be published in a four-volume collection to be unveiled at the opening ceremony of the congress.
Three books on Hadiths and narrations compiled by eminent scholars will also be unveiled at the ceremony, he added.
Lakzayi noted that four specialized commissions and festivals of poetry, weblog, etc, are among the programs of the congress.
The main objective of the international congress is to introduce the virtues of Imam Hassan (AS), the second infallible Imam, to the world.
