Secretary general of an Iranian political party regretted that the so-called advocates of human rights and the United Nations have remained indifferent to the Israeli crimes and the plight of the people of Gaza.

Speaking to IQNA, Abolqassem Raufian, secretary general of Iranzamin Party, said many Muslim countries have also failed to act upon Islamic and Quranic teachings and react to the Zionist regime’s criminal acts against the people of Gaza.
He said the silence of international organizations and Muslim countries paves the way for the Zionist regime to carry on with its massacre and genocide.
Raufian referred said the fact that the Israeli crimes are committed at a time when the International Quds Day is approaching indicates the Occupation regime’s deep worries (about Muslim rallies on the occasion).
Raufian described the Zionist regime as a threat to the Muslim world as well as all the freedom-seeking people of the world and said Israel, as the late Founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran Imam Khomeini (RA) put it, is a cancerous tumor.
Imam Khomeini in 1979 designated the last Friday of the lunar month of Ramadan as the International Quds Day, during which Muslims across the world hold rallies to show their solidarity with Palestinians.
This year, the occasion is commemorated as the Zionist regime continues its brutal offensive against the Gaza Strip.
After killing more than 265 Palestinians in its air raids against Palestinians in Gaza, the Zionist regime launched a ground invasion in the coastal enclave on Thursday.
