According to the Research Center of Islamic Sciences and Culture, Hojat-ol-Islam Ali Awsat Nateqi said the collection is one of the most comprehensive resources on jurisprudence, and that the work has taken about eight years to be prepared for publication.
Written by Sheikh Hassan Kashif al-Qita’, the son of late Ja’far Kashif Al-Qita’ and a great scholar of Najaf Seminary, the collection can help meet the needs of seminary schools, he said.
The author has taken a new approach in jurisprudential discussions in his book which, according to some seminary scholars, is similar to the works of the First Martyr, Muhammad Jamaluddin al-Makki al-Amili (1334–1385).
The head of the center noted that the book is also considered of the same value as Jawahir-ul-Kalam, an encyclopedic work on Fiqh (jurisprudence) by Sheikh Muhammad Hassan Najafi, as it covers all the themes in Jawahir-ul-Kalam though written in brief.
The 10 volume-collection will be published in 5000 pages by late March 2015, he added.
