Quran Translations into 63 Languages Published in Medina

The Holy Quran has been translated and published in 63 languages by the Complex for Printing and Publications of the Holy Quran in the holy city of Medina.

 According to Al-Arab newspaper, Mohammad Salim bin Shadid Al-‘Ufi, director general of the complex said that since 30 years ago, the center has published and distributed more than 37,000,000 copies of the Holy Quran among Hajj pilgrims.

The complex has recently completed translation of the Holy Quran into the Swahili language, bringing the number of the languages in which the Divine Book has been published by the complex to 63.
The Quran translations by the complex include 32 Asian, 15 European and 16 African languages.
Al-'Ufi stressed that the complex plans to publish new translations of the Holy Quran into Hebrew and Japanese.
He noted that the total number of the products of the complex, including Quran copies, Quran translations, interpretations, CDs and DVDs of Tarteel recitation of the Quran and scientific works has reached 300,000,000.
