According to IQNA’s branch in North America, Islamic Education Center (IEC) Incorporation in Potomac, Maryland will celebrate the auspicious occasion on September 6.
The ceremony will begin at 7 p.m. local time with the congregational evening prayers and Quran recitation followed by speeches and special programs for teenagers.
The Imam Ali (AS) Islamic Center in Toronto will also host a ceremony on September 4 from 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. local time.
Recitation of Komeil Supplication, congregational evening prayers, eulogy recitation, speeches and sessions to answer religious questions of the participants will be among the programs of the center on the occasion.
The Islamic Education Center (IEC) Incorporation in Potomac, Maryland was established in 1998 as non-profit institution.
The mission of the center is to promote Islam through culture and belief. To facilitate this goal, the center holds Islamic classes as well as educational and cultural meetings and weekend schools.
The center holds further Islamic activities to promote unity and to serve the needs of community members and the community at large.
