Int'l Quran Recitation Circle Held in Karbala
An international Quran recitation circle was held earlier this week in the holy city of Karbala, Iraq.
According to Borasa news agency, the program was organized by Imam Hussein (AS) Dar-ol-Quran Al-Karim Organization in which Adel Al-Karbalaee, prominent Iraqi Qari, recited some verses of the Holy Quran.
A number of Quran figures and internationally-known Qaris including Mahmoud Zanati and Taha Khaled as well as pilgrims of Imam Hussein (AS) and Hazrat Abbas (AS) holy shrines were present at the event.
The Quranic session came to an end with the recitation of the well-known Egyptian Qari, Mahmoud Zanati.
