Iraq to Open Cultural Center in Tehran

TEHRAN (IQNA) - Iraq's Minister of Culture said his country plans to open a cultural center in Tehran.


According to the public relations and information office of the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization (ICRO), Fryad Rawanduzi discussed the plan in a meeting with Hassan Danayifar, Iranian ambassador, and Gholamreza Abazeri, Iran's cultural attaché in Iraq.

The two sides stressed the necessity of boosting cultural relations between Iran and Iraq.

The minister considered the opening of the center in Tehran as an important step toward developing cultural interactions with Iran.

The Iranian ambassador, for his part, highlighted the significance of expanding cultural relations between the two countries.



He voiced Tehran's readiness to enhance bilateral ties in all areas.
