TEHRAN (IQNA) - A group of Muslims in Holland started an online campaign titled “Not my Islam” (Niet mijn Islam) which received 11 thousands people's support at the very first day.

The group’s members who identify themselves as “the silent majority who respects Holland's democratic system” say murder and barbarism cannot be linked to Islam, World Bulletin reported.

Abdurrahman Akbulut, one of the leading figures of the campaign, said they cannot accept the using of Allah's name for an act of murder, referring to the killers’ shouts during the shooting.
According to Akbulut, attributing terrorist attacks to Islam raises the islamophobia all around the world, especially in Europe.
