Belarus to Host “Culture of Peace among Religions” Int’l Conference
TEHRAN (IQNA) – An international conference titled “Culture of Peace among Religions” will be held in Belarus today with the participation of intellectuals and scholars of different faiths.
According to minsk.icro.ir, the Iranian Cultural Center in Minsk, the Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts, Theology Faculty of Belarusian State University and Iran-Belarus Friendship Center will cooperate in holding the program.
The culture of peace in dialogue among civilizations, Islam-Christianity dialogue, dialogue among religions in Belarus, and Christianity in Iran are among the themes to be discussed in the conference.
The participants will also investigate Islam in Belarus, religious-traditional values in the world after secularism, religious education in Belarus and Iran, and globalization of religion in the contemporary world.
The conference will be held in Persian and Russian.
