
According to Hojat-ol-Islam Mahmoud Rajabi, deputy head of Imam Khomeini (RA) Educational and Research Institute, compiling the work is carried out in three stages.
He told IQNA that work on the first stage has been completed and preparations are underway for starting the second stage.
He added that upon completion, the Quran interpretation will be published in 100 volumes.
The parts already completed are available at the website of the institute, he said.
Some 60 scholars are involved in carrying out and supervising the project, Hojat-ol-Islam Rajabi noted.
Al-Mizan Exegesis of the Holy Quran is an interpretation written by Allamah Sayyid Mohammad Hossein Tabatabaei.
The book consists of 20 volumes originally written in Arabic. Up till now more than three editions have been printed in Iran and Lebanon.
