TEHRAN (IQNA) – Five new Quranic works published by Iran’s Dar-ol-Quran Organization were unveiled in a ceremony in Tehran on Tuesday.

The ceremony was attended by the head of the organization, Mehdi Qarasheikhlu, as well as Quran master Abbas Salimi and translator of the Quran Yahya Yasrebi.

The works unveiled at the event included a DVD of Tarteel recitation of the Quran by prominent Iranian Qari Hamed Valizadeh, a copy of the Quran calligraphed by Mohsen Ebadi along with Persian translation by Yahya Yasrebi, and a book on basics of Quranic lifestyle.

The Dar-ol-Quran Kareem Organization is affiliated to Iran’s Islamic Development Organization.

It oversees Quranic activities and grants permissions for publication of the Quran in the country.
