Beautiful Quran Recitation by Philippine Visually-Impaired Qari
TEHRAN (IQNA) – Master Shahavi Arampuni, a visually-impaired Qari from the Philippines recited verses from the Quran at a ceremony in Manila on Friday.
The mourning ceremony was held at the Iranian Cultural Center in Manila to mark the demise anniversary of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and martyrdom anniversary of Imam Hassan (AS), the second Shia Imam.
Arampuni, who is also a memorizer of the entire Quran, embraced Shia Islam in 1994 after extensive research about Islam.
