TEHRAN (IQNA) – Implementation of an assessment plan started on March 11 in some Quranic centers for women in Qatar.

According to Al-Sharq newspaper, the knowledge and skills of 871 female Quran teachers will be evaluated by the Women Section of the Office for Religious Dissemination and Guidance, which is affiliated to Qatar’s Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs.
It will be conducted in the Quranic schools for women in the Waab district between Doha and Al Rayyan.
The levels of the evaluation include the memorization of 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 Juzes (parts) of Quran.
The main objective of the ministry is to promote the skills of the Quran teachers, attract more Quran students and develop Quranic education in the centers.
The evaluation process will conclude on March 20.
