Shahat Anwar Denies Interrupting Quran Recitation to Greet Artist

TEHRAN (IQNA) – Egyptian Quran reciter Mahmoud Shahat Anwar revealed the scenes of the photo that he collected with the artist Mohamed Ramadan, and it was shared by a number of social media pioneers.

 

He pointed out that the photo was taken at a funeral in 6th of October City for a businessman, and it contained a large number of public figures and celebrities.

Shahat added, “The artist Ahmed al-Sakka was participating in the mourning and greeting him by waving his hand, and after the end of his recitation, saying, “Almighty God is truthful ”, and a number of his admirers came to take memorial photos with him, as happens in all the pavilions that he recites. Meanwhile, he was surprised by his manager who tells him the artist Mohamed Ramadan wants to shake hands with you. Indeed, I found him among the fans and greeted Ali and took a number of pictures.

Shahat Anwar explained that during these few minutes there was a short dialogue between him and the artist Muhammad Ramadan, saying: “The artist Muhammad Ramadan said to me, ‘I can see you for a long time and I love to hear your voice very much,’” noting that the next day, the artist Muhammad Ramadan called him by phone and praised He voiced his voice again and said to him, “You are the number 1 in the recitation of the Holy Quran.”

Anwar regretted that some circulated a narration in which they claimed that he interrupted his recitation of the Holy Quran to greet Ramadan, alkhaleejtoday.co reported.
