TEHRAN (IQNA) –  One of the major fruits of the holy month of Ramadan is practicing and strengthening one’s willpower in the affairs of life, said Al-Mustafa International University’s representative in Pakistan.

“It is because one has to make a decision to abandon certain activities. (For example) although the weather is warm and one is thirsty, they should resist (the desire to drink water) and if the day is long and one becomes hungry, they should refrain from eating anything, and so on with the rest of Mubtilat (what invalidates fasting),” Hojat-ol-Islam Mohsen Dadseresht said.
