Mohammad Allahyari said they have presented more than 13,000 Quranic titles at the exhibition.

He added that they have put the works on display in an area measuring 2,300 square meters at the Imam Khomeini (RA) Mosalla (prayer hall).

According to Allahyari, the books are on themes like Quran interpretation, Hadith, Fiqh, Usul, Islamic arts, ethics, etc.

On display in this section are also Qurans printed by Iranian publishers as well as those from Syria and Lebanon, he pointed out.

The 29th Tehran International Quran Exhibition is underway at the Mosalla for two weeks.

Held every year in the fasting month of Ramadan, the expo opened its doors after two years of hiatus driven by the coronavirus pandemic.

The 29th edition of the event brought here exhibitors from Iran and other Muslim countries to present their Quranic and religious products.

While the expo displays exquisite copies of the Quran, it also gives a chance to IT firms to showcase online versions of the Holy Book among other religious apps and software.
