TEHRAN (IQNA) – A Kuwaiti charity is planning to stage circles for memorization and recitation of the Holy Quran in 10 different states this summer.

The plan is aimed at encouraging young people to join the memorization sessions of the Holy Quran and to use their time and talents, said Abdul Hamid Al-Dosari, head of Tarahum Charity.
Uganda, Benin, Somalia, Gambia, Sudan, Mauritania, Yemen, Syria, India, and Bangladesh are the ten countries, according to Al-Dosari.
The courses also seek to develop students’ skills in using the Arabic language, provide students with a set of Islamic laws and culture, and introduce biographies of the Prophet’s companions and Muslim scholars, he said, Al-Anba reported.
He also appreciated the philanthropists for their support for such distinguished projects and initiatives.
