A Book on History of Shia Islam Translated into Urdu

TEHRAN (IQNA) – A book on the topic of the history of Shia Islam has been translated into Urdu and published by an Iranian institute.

Titled “History of Shiism”, the book has been authored by a group of scholars at Research Institute of Hawzeh and University.

The two-volume book has been translated into Urdu and published by Al-Mustafa International Publication and Translation Center.

According to the center, the English translation of the book has also been completed and will soon be published.

This is the 112th book Research Institute of Hawzeh and University which has been translated into foreign languages.

The book discusses main events in the history of Shia Islam in a chronologic order and in defined periods of time. It also points to Shia governments, Shia dynasties, and scientific and cultural heritage of Shia Muslims among others.
