The Imam Ali (AS) Islamic Center will organize the celebration, starting at 7 PM local time, the center said in an announcement.
It will include a speech delivered by head of the center Hojat-ol-Islam Hakim Elahi as well as eulogy recitation by Nazar al-Qatari, a renowned eulogist in the Arab world.
