Quran Memorization Circles Continue in Gaza Despite Ongoing Israeli Attacks

IQNA – Despite the ongoing heavy attacks by the Israeli regime and the widespread destruction of infrastructure in the Gaza Strip, Quran memorization circles in the region continue their activities.

Palestinian journalist Firas Abu Shurkh has documented the experiences of over 100 Quran memorizers in Gaza, despite the continued Israeli assaults on the city, Yeni Şafak reported.

He reports that more than 300 days after the beginning of Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip and following numerous killings of civilians, Quran memorization centers and circles remain active in the region.

In his report, Abu Shurkh captures the activities of 100 male and female Quran memorizers in the city center of Khan Younis, who are engaged in teaching and memorizing the Quran.
