Sheikh Ahmed bin Hamad Al Khalili offered condolences on the martyrdom of Nasrallah in an Israeli airstrike on a Beirut Suburb on Friday, Arabi 21 reported.

He said the Hezbollah chief was a thorn in the eyes of the Zionist regime for over three decades.

The Omani cleric stressed that the entire Muslim Ummah mourns his martyrdom.

“We pray to God that the axis of resistance will remain steadfast in confrontation with the criminal Zionists,’ he stated.

He also hoped that Muslims will get united and remove issues that create discord and disunity among them.

Hezbollah on Saturday confirmed the martyrdom of its popular secretary general.
