International students of the university will present traditional dishes and iftar meals from their home countries at this festival.
The students represent over 50 different nationalities.
Iranian Deputy Minister of Science, Research, and Technology Saeed Habiba along with several prominent figures and ambassadors from Islamic countries in Iran will be attending the festival, which is slated for Sunday, March 9, 2025.
Iftar is the fast-breaking evening meal of Muslims in Ramadan at the time of adhan (call to prayer) of the Maghrib prayer.
Muslims in various countries prepare different iftar dishes based on their traditions, dietary habits, and the ingredients available to them.
