Members of Iran’s Hajj 2025 Quranic Convoy Named
After conducting the selection exam and evaluations, twenty individuals, including Quran experts, reciters, memorizers, and a Tawasheeh group, were selected to be sent on the Hajj pilgrimage.
They will perform Quranic programs for Iranian pilgrims and pilgrims from other countries during this year’s Hajj season.
The members of the convoy are as follows:
Hamid Reza Ahmadivafa from Tehran
Hamed Alizadeh from Razavi Khorasan
Hamed Valizadeh from West Azarbaijan
Mehdi Salahi from Ardabil
Mohammad Mehdi Sheikholeslami from Hamedan
Mohammad Amin Mojib from Razavi Khorasan
Taha Mersadi from Gilan
Seyed Yusef Hossein from Semnan
Seyed Jafar Malboub from Khuzestan
Seyed Hamed Abtahi from Bushehr
Ahmad Reza Zeydani from Qom
Amir Hossein Zahiri from East Azarbaijan
Hamid Jalili from Tehran
Omid Reza Rahimi from Gilan
The members of the Noor Tawasheeh group from Tehran are Seyed Mohammad Hadi Qassemi, Ali Khoshnoud, Hamid Sheikhzadeh, Amir Mohammad Masoumi and Amir Abolqassemi
Mohammad Javad Kashefi from Razavi Khorasan will head the convoy.

Every year millions of Muslims from around the world gather in the Mecca for the annual Hajj.
Iran also sends pilgrims as well as a groups of Quran activists, known as the Noor Quranic Convoy for Hajj.
The members of the delegation hold Quranic programs, including Quran recitation sessions, for the pilgrims in the holy cities of Mecca and Medina.
